Question Why should men receive facials? Answer Men can greatly benefit from getting facials. The Gentlemen’s Facial is designed to cleanse, soothe and heal the skin on a man’s face. This treatment minimizes the effects of razor irritation and sports-related activities, leaving your skin clear, radiant and full of vitality. The facial involves a few basic steps, completed by a highly trained and knowledgeable technician with carefully chosen products to match your skin type, age, and present condition. Regular deep facials, 4-6 weeks a part, bring your skin to its intended level of health and renewal in about a year. The facial works to slough off old, dead skin cells that dull the surface, take life out of your face, and rob you of the vitality of your appearance. Facials encourage regeneration of fresh health skin giving you the look of attentiveness. Question Do men benefit from having manicures and pedicures? Answer Sexy Factor: Let’s face it, when a man takes pride in the way they look, it is sexy. Granted, being obsessed about one’s looks is NOT attractive, but taking pride in one’s appearance says he cares just enough. It Feels Good: Although the actual manicures and pedicures feel good on their own, all come with a mini-massage session which makes them feel that much more wonderful.
Stress Release: Taking an hour or so to get a manicure and pedicure can give a man some down time to relax and take his mind off some of the pressing issues he has to deal with. This is good for a healthy heart!
Healthy Feet and Hands: During pedicures, dead skin is exfoliated away, helping to diminish calluses and potential dead skin build-up that can lead to bigger problems down the line. During both manicures and pedicures, the cuticles are cleaned up, which eliminates painful and unsightly hangnails.
It Looks Good: Getting regular manicures and pedicures will help keep hands and feet looking their best at all times.
A Softer Touch: This one really benefits women. Getting manicures and pedicures promotes softer skin on the hands and feet, which makes his touch that much sweeter.
Question How can massage therapy help men? Answer Before you can decide which massage style is best for you, you need to ask yourself a question. Do you simply want a massage for relaxation and stress control? Or do you need symptom relief or help with a certain health condition? Before booking a massage, let the therapist know what you're looking for and what he/she recommends. The therapist will customize your massage, depending on your age, and physical condition, or any special needs or goals you have. Many types of massage offer benefits beyond simple relaxation. Here are just a few of the health problems that may benefit from massage. If you have preexisting medical conditions it is recommended you speak to your doctor before getting a massage.
