Prevention of disease is critical for sustaining a healthy mouth. Our dental team will educate you on the effects of dental disease and will evaluate your dental condition so you can avoid dental problems. We use the latest technology and infection control procedures, to ensure top-quality care.
Finally, we respect your time and make every effort to keep on schedule. We provide 24-hour beeper service for dental emergencies. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance. This is a wonderful courtesy to us and other patients as it allows us to better meet our waiting patients' schedules.
Payment in full is expected at the time of your visit. A 10% courtesy discount is granted for full payment. We will be happy to file insurance claims for you, but we expect your co-payment or deductible at the time of your visit. Payment plan options are available. These include access to a personal finance company, credit cards and, in some cases, a payment schedule.
Dr. Curtis Fauble
Dr. Curtis D. Fauble was born and raised in Quincy, Illinois. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Illinois State University, he attended the University of Illinois at Chicago graduating with his DDS. He then returned to Quincy to open his dental practice. Dr. Fauble is also on staff at Blessing Hospital to do hospital sedation cases.
Dr. Dale Quimby
Dr. Dale C. Quimby grew up in Warsaw, IL. He graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign with a biochemistry major. He then earned his doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Dr. Lacey Hauk
Dr. Lacey (Fecht) Hauk is a native of Carthage, IL. She graduated with honors in biology from the University of Missouri. Dr. Hauk completed research specializing in breast cancer and lymph edema and served as legislative assistant for Representative Sam Page. Dr. Hauk then graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine receiving the Excellence in Operative Dentistry Award and serving as Student Body President.
