Question What brands do you carry? Answer We carry Lennox, Goodman, Aprilaire, (indoor air quality systems, humidification systems), Mitsubishi split ductless systems, Geocomfort geothermal systems, and Rotobrush duct cleaning. We can service all brands and have a 24-hour service hotline. Question How much would I save if I switch to a geothermal system? Answer It depends on many factors, including the size of your home, the efficiency of your system and your usage. Call our comfort advisor, who can help design your system and provide you with an annual cost savings estimate. Question Which system provides the best efficiency? Answer In the Tri-State area, we tend to find that a geothermal or hybrid type system is usually the most efficient. When you call Elam, we will sit down with you, take a look at the application, and provide you with options, which include both energy efficiency concerns, as well as environmentally friendly alternatives, like our solar heat pump.
