Bix is a family owned business, founded in 1979 in Quincy, IL. Bix was founded to meet a need for a basement waterproofing company in the Quincy area. Bix is not a franchise, thus answering only to our local customers and having the ability to offer personalized service .
Besides water control services we provide stabilization and straightening of basement and retaining walls that have bowed and cracked or settled, due to poor grading and expansive soils. Bix provides solutions, wall anchor systems and wall brace systems, that have been have been tested and approved by structural engineers.

Bix offers written guarantees. Bix Lifetime-Plus warranty covers you for as long as you own your home or a minimum of ten years, no matter who owns the home. If you live in your home for say, 25 years, your work is guaranteed 25 years. If you sell the house in say, 2 years, the work is still guaranteed another 8 years no matter how many times the home is sold. If the work is being done for the purpose of selling the home, please consult with us as the full warranty may be able to transfer to the new owner.

The Bix Baseboard Water Control System, is adhered to the floor with a special adhesive that locks the system to the floor and creates a water-tight seal. Water is then channeled around to a floor drain or sump pump, keeping the floor dry. Carries Bix Lifetime-Plus Guarantee
Drain Tile Systems: Installed under the interior basement floor, usually next to the foundation wall, will guarantee no seepage from along the base of the wall or any cracks in the basement floor. Bix Lifetime-Plus Guarantee
High Pressure Crack Injection: Designed to fill poured concrete wall cracks. The polyurethane mix is injected up to 2000 psi to fill the entire crack and provide a guaranteed seal. Bix Lifetime-Plus Guarantee.
