You can't stalk your ex on Facebook anymore

It didn't take long for a so-called stalker app to get the boot by Facebook. The social network has blocked a new app called Breakup Notifier.

That program promised to notify users when one of their Facebook friends changed their status from "in a relationship" to "single."

Tech-crunch says Breakup Notifier got more than three-million users in just a few days. But now users see a message explaining Facebook has blocked the app.

A Facebook spokesperson told Tech-crunch Breakup Notifier was apparently blocked by an automatic system. The company says it's looking into what happened.
