JACKSONVILLE, ILL. -- Jacksonville residents are all talking about a photo that some say shows a ghost at the Jacksonville Developmental Center.
According to the Jacksonville Journal Courier, the picture first seen on facebook appears to be an African-American man dressed in pajamas walking down the physical therapy hallway of the facility.

The worker who took the photo heard a noise in the hall one night and decided to take a picture.
Although there are skeptics, other people have reported strange things in different sections of the building, from showers and faucets turning on by themselves, doors opening and slamming, pictures flying off walls and the sounds of keys jingling and people whistling.
