Sunday, members of the Park United Methodist Church in Hannibal attended a special 2-hour service beginning at 1 p.m. To kick off the celebrations, the church's guest speaker, Reverend Cleo Kottwitz, rode in on horseback portraying a Circuit Riding Preacher who once presided over the congregation in the 1800's.
