QUINCY, ILL. -- A Chicago man is headed to prison for six-years for his part of a Quincy drug ring.

Jeremiah Simpson was one of 11 people accused of being part of a large cocaine distribution conspiracy ring in Quincy last year.

He was charged with manufacturing and delivering the drug to customers in the area.

More pleas and sentencings for the other ten people involved in the crack cocaine distribution ring are expected.

Investigators say the group was involved with the Black P Stone street gang in Chicago, and had been channeling large amounts of crack cocaine to Quincy for years.
