QUINCY, ILL. -- A two-car accident near Broadway and 24th Streets Monday night sent one driver to Blessing Hospital with a head injury and another to jail.

Daryle Decker, of Quincy, was driving his truck eastbound on Broadway when a westbound U-Haul trailer crossed the center line and collided with the truck.
