KEOKUK, IOWA -- Police in Keokuk made the ninth and tenth arrests in an ongoing investigation into methamphetamine manufacturing.
Kayla Jo Langenwalter, 19, of 1324 Des Moines St., Keokuk, and Marshall Leon Huff, 21, of Hamilton, Ill. were arrested Monday.
Langenwalter and Huff are charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth in excess of five grams. If convicted, each faces up to 25 years in a state prison.
Their arrests stem from an investigation by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force into a large methamphetamine manufacturing conspiracy.
