Folklife Festival brings people in from around the region

HANNIBAL, MO. -- Each year, people travel from near and far just to take a look into the traditional folklife. The 36th Annual Historical Autumn Folklife Festival included more than 80 regional exhibitors offering their take on folk traditions.

Park United Methodist Church in Hannibal has hosted a booth for the past seven years selling homemade apple butter, concrete castings of leaves, and a variety of fabric goods.

Funds from this year's Folklife Festival will benefit twenty local community organizations for their year round programs and services.
