QUINCY, ILL. -- More than a 100 blood drives have been canceled on the East Coast because of Hurricane Sandy, so the American Red Cross is asking for all blood donors to give.

To donate, you must be 17-years-old, meet certain height and weight requirements, and be in general good health.

There is a blood drive Thursday, November 1st at the Red Cross Chapter house in Quincy from one to seven.
