QUINCY, ILL. -- A Quincy Public School District bus was involved in a crash shortly before 3 p.m. Friday.

The crash occurred near the intersection of 10th and Jersey streets.

Students were on the bus, but no injuries have been reported, according to a Quincy Police officer at the scene.

There is little information known about the crash at this time. Police and QPS transportation director Shane Barnes are presently at the crash scene.

Officials are expect to release more information later Friday.

The bus struck a sport utility vehicle southbound on 11th Street. The bus was traveling westbound on Jersey Street.

The crash remains under investigation.
