KEOKUK, IOWA -- Outdoor concerts will continue in Keokuk.

Tri-States Public Radio reports the Keokuk City Council recently voted against an ordinance that would've had concerts at bars to end at ten or eleven o'clock depending on the day.

Concerts will still be able to go until one a.m.
