KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- (KTVO) A northeast Missouri man faces three felony charges this weekend.

Rex Sizemore, 27, of Kirksville is charged with forcible rape, first-degree burglary and domestic assault.

According to court papers, Sizemore is accused of illegally entering a Kirksville residence through a kitchen window.

It is alleged Sizemore then put the victim in a chokehold, threw her to the ground and then raped her.  

Police arrested Sizemore at his home. He is being held in the Adair County Jail on $150,000 cash only bond.

In cases such as these, KHQA will not identify the victim.
