TRI-STATE AREA -- We could consider March 2011 as “coming in like a lamb”, but what will that mean for the rest of the month’s weather? Stay tuned to find out! There certainly hasn’t been a dull moment in Midwestern weather as of late, and I doubt we’ll have one any time soon. This week will feature clear weather in the opening half of the week and a return of cloudy, unsettled conditions by late in the week. Periods of scattered rain showers will break out across the Upper Midwest on Thursday night and Friday, and for Friday evening and into Friday night, more widespread and possibly locally heavy rain showers and thunderstorms may develop. We’ll then be trying to dry-out for the weekend. Highs this week will be in the 40s and 50s.
