Shall the Board of Education of Quincy School District Number 172, Adams County, Illinois, be be authorized to issue $6,200,000 bonds for a working cash fund as provided for by Article 20 of the School Code?

Shall a new community unit school district be created in the territory comprising the entire territories of Abingdon Community Unit School District #217, Counties of Knox and Warren, State of Illinois; Avon Community Unit District #176, Counties of Fulton, Knox, and Warren, State of Illinois; and Bushnell-Prairie City Community Unit District #170, Counties of McDonough, Warren, and Fulton, State of Illinois, the Board of Education of said district shall be elected from equal population districts, and with the authority to levy taxes at the rate of 2.97% for educational purposes, .71% for operations and maintenance purposes, .50% for transportation purposes, and .05% for orking cash purposes, each upon the full, fair cash value of all taxable property of the district as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue?

All areas failed to unanimously vote yes, so this issue has not passed.

Shall Pike County, Illinois adopt the "constitutional Carry of Arms" ordinance as follows?

CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY OF ARMS

WHEREAS: the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed, "

WHEREAS: Article 1 Section 24, of the Illinois Constitution states "The enumeration in this Constitution of certain rights shall not construed to deny or disparage others retained by the individual citizens of the State"

WHEREAS: the Supreme Court of the United States has held in District of Columbia et al. v. Heller, that the "right to keep and bear arms" is an individual and fundamental right protected by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution;

AND WHEREAS: the Supreme Court of the United States has held in McDonald et al. v. City of Chicago, Illinois, et al., that the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution applies to the states;

NO THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED as the law of Pike County, Illinois, that the people have an individual and fundamental right to keep and bear arms free of Infringement by any local, state or federal government; AND FURTHER, that the method or manner of possessing, carrying, or transporting said arms shall not be infringed.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL EXCLUDE; all individuals who are prohibited from possessing firearms under the laws of the United States, prohibited minors, and those under any intoxicating influence exceeding the standards of the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code. Upon passage this ordinance shall be in full force and effect.

McDonough County Emmet-Chalmers Fire Protection District $195,000 bonds for fire fighting and protection equipment:

"Shall Emmet-Chalmers Fire Protection District in McDonough County, Illinois finance fire-fighting and protection equipment, facilities and costs, related facilities, improvements and
costs, and issue its bonds to the amount of $195,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?"

Bushnell 1/2 cent sales tax increase:

Shall the City of Bushnell increase the municipal retailers and service occupation tax from 0% to ½ of 1% on the sale of tangible personal property other than food and medicine purchased at retail and sale of service from a retailer as defined in 65 ILCS 5/8-11-1.3 and 65 ILCS 5/8-11-1.4 within the City of Bushnell, Illinois for expenditure on public infrastructure?
