Saturday, August 13, 2011  Police have charged a man in the case of missing 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez. The Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney, Stephen Sokoloff, annouced on Saturday that charges of first degree murder, armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence have been filed against Shawn Morgan, 43, of Senath, Missouri.
