Wednesday, August 08, 2007  Two suspects who are accused of robbing a Hannibal Bank are reportedly changing their pleas. Twenty-four-year-old Clarence Waters and 21-year-old Shaihi-Shma Small are accused of robbing the Bank of Hannibal on March 23.
