    Thursday, October 28, 2010  Illinois State Police District 14 Commander, Captain Robert Elliott, announced that Iowa's District 14 Troopers will be conducting Occupant Restraint Enforcement Patrols (OREP) in Fulton, McDonough, Hancock, Henderson, and Warren Counties during the month of November.
