    Thursday, March 29, 2012  An autopsy was scheduled Thursday for the body of a 6-year-old Knox county boy found dead in a pond. Because of the autopsy, a child fatality review must be conducted. If an autopsy is ordered for a child under the age of 16, a review is mandatory within 72 hours of death
