Sunday, April 15, 2012  An early morning residential fire in Beardstown claimed the lives of a father and daughter Sunday. Firefighters found the bodies of Henry "Bud" Krohe, 68, and his daughter, Jeanette Krohe, 29, a mother of four boys, all of whom were not home at the time of the fire.

Tuesday, August 30, 2011  Witnesses say that the boy's mother ran upstairs to the second floor bedroom to try and find him but was unable to.

Friday, April 08, 2011  We have now confirmed the names of those involved in the fire. The fatality is identified as 18-month-old Lena Rose Techau.  The injured were her parents, Mathew Morea, age 20 and Jamie Morea, age 25.
