Sunday, July 24, 2011  Brandon Perry, 20, was pronounced dead at Passavant Hospital Sunday morning as a result of massive head injuries sustained when he was struck by a car on Spradlin Road. The Morgan County Sheriff's Department is investigating the circumstances around Perry's death. Preliminary reports showed that Perry was lying in  the roadway. Toxicology tests will be conducted on both Perry and the driver.
