Mr. Ken Mansell has taught P.E. at Ellington Elementary School in Quincy for more than 20 years. He's this month's KHQA Excellent Educator, and he says the field has changed dramatically during his many years of service.

Mrs. Julie Fessenden teaches at Oakwood Elementary in Hannibal, where the scientific method is alive, well, and fun.

Spring fever is starting to hit the air, and sometimes those nicer days make for antsy students who can't wait to get outside.KHQA's Rajah Maples visited a local classroom earlier this week, where she found a KHQA Excellent Educator keeping her students' attention one book at a time.
Miss Robin Cain has taught special education in the Quincy Public School District for 19 years. She's spent a majority of those years here at Adams School.

Students, staff, parents and even former students are singing the praises of an excellent educator these days.
Miss Lynn Johnson has taught music in Warsaw for 36 years.
She plans to retire at the end of this year.
But her replacement will have some big shoes to fill.
