This week marks the 90th anniversary of our nineteenth amendment, giving women the right to vote. Sunday, the League of Women Voters of Adams County sat down to tea at The Pier restaurant to honor a past member, Evelyn Sacadat. This year marks the first in which the group will give out an award in her honor.
