Monday, November 15, 2010  Each year, Quincy locals Linda and John Groves put on an Avenue of Lights show in Moormon-Wavering Park. We asked John Groves if he made any changes with the type of lighting you'll see this year. He says the majority of lights will consist of C-7's, more commonly known as night lights.
