  • FERC to Quincy: 'We need more time'

    Monday, April 18, 2011  The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has asked for more time and won't say how much. Monday marked the 30-day deadline for which the commission had to repsond to an appeal from the city of Quincy. Quincy has asked for a rehearing on the hydropower project.
