    Monday, February 20, 2012  Illinois schools could take a hit in the coming year if Governor Pat Quinn decides to shift who pays for teacher pensions. As a cost cutting measure, Quinn wants to shift the billion dollar cost of teacher pensions from the state to the local school districts.
