A southwestern Illinois woman has been sentenced to two years of probation and a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to nine counts alleging she unlawfully disposed of dead horses under her care. Stacey Kempf, 42, of Jerseyville entered the pleas on Friday in Greene County.
