The Douglass Community Services in Hannibal says its serving more clients than ever, but should have enough food to last throughout the winter, thanks to the many food drives local organizations have created. More than anything, the center needs help keeping the city lit. Executive Director Dave Dexheimer says the center gets 15 to 20 calls a day from clients needing help with their utility and heating bills. That kind of money is hard to come by.
