QUINCY, ILL -- A 35 year old man from Poontoosuc is facing felony charges tonight following an incident on the grounds of the Adams County Fair near Mendon.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department says Jon Salyer was arrested on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
The victim is a 15 year old girl.
Salyer is currently in the Adams County jail on a $50,000 bond.
He's suppose to make a court appearance on Tuesday.
