You've heard and read about countless foreclosures throughout the Tri-States and across the country.Here's a question that hasn't been addressed as much -- who takes care of the lawns and bushes of those foreclosed homes, especially when there are so many to deal with these days? Although the answer differs depending on the situation and where the home is located, I took that very question to Quincy's city planner.
