A judge has sentenced a McDonough County homeless man to four years in prison after nearly stabbing a Macomb man to death back in April. The McDonough Voice reports Robert Wilson pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated battery, including the beating of a McDonough County Jail cellmate.
