Young girls get the royal treatment
QUINCY, IL -- A few young ladies in Quincy were treated to royalty this weekend.
QU's chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma hosted its annual Princess for a Day event.
Girls ages 4 through 10 wore their best outfits, and just got all dolled up.
They participated in arts and crafts and games.
They even spent some time with Miss Quincy 2008.
Here girls can spend time with role models and learn some pretty valuable life lessons.
Proceeds from the event go to the National Kidney Foundation.
