QUINCY, IL -- Two Hannibal men are behind bars after Quincy police say they found two loaded guns in their Chevy Blazer.

Police say they stopped Walter Howard, 22 and Deondre Abbey,19 Monday night near 11th and Chestnut for a traffic violation.

Officers searched the SUV and found two loaded handguns.

Howard and Abbey are in the Adams County Jail.

They are both charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
