Another tri-state student is on their way to join the West Point Military Academy.

Quincy Senior High held a formal signing ceremony Wednesday afternoon for senior Roberto Hernandez.

Hernandez plays in the marching band and pep band at Q-H-S.

He also plays on the tennis team and runs cross country.

Besides his acceptance to West Point, Hernandez was also accepted to Annapolis Naval Academy, but chose West Point.

Congratulations.
