Man tazered in Barry, Ill.

BARRY, ILL. -- An argument in Barry, Illinois this morning sends one person to the hospital.

According to the Pike County Sheriff's Department an altercation led to one person being tazered by another individual.

Deputies and EMS responded to the 911 call around 11:30 am.

The suspect ran off, but was later contacted by deputies.

The victim was taken to Illini Community Hospital.

The investigation is ongoing with arrests pending.
