CONCORD, ILL -- The Concord Triopia School Board has voted to hire retired superintendent Lawrence Coultas on an interim basis to fill the role of superintendent for the remainder of the year.
[The position was held by Ron Brumley who abruptly resigned a couple of weeks ago.
Coultas was the interim superintendent last year for the Bluffs School District and before that was the superintendent for the Winchester School District.
Because Coultas officially retired back in 2008, he can only serve a certain number of days and be hired on an interim basis.
