QUINCY, IL -- A Quincy man has thrown his hat in the ring for Adams County Treasurer.
Terry Asher of rural Quincy announced his candidacy on the Republican ticket.
Current County Treasurer Jean Reddington announced that she will not seek re-election in 2010.
Asher is originally from the Loraine area and spent 22 years in the United States Air Force.
