QUINCY, IL -- The Quincy Park District passed a tax mill levy ordinance Thursday night.

The proposed rate is almost 49-cents per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation -- the lowest since 1997.

But you'll pay more for its services.

Board members approved a five percent hike in season passes at Westview Golf Course.

They also agreed to to raise admission fees at Quincy pools. They'll go up one dollar for families and 25 cents for individuals.

Last but not least, the board voted to raise the price of marina slips.
