ADAMS COUNTY, ILL. -- A head on collision leaves one person dead and another hurt.
It happened just after 4am Saturday morning on highway 24 just east of Paloma, Illinois.
22-year-old Brianne Buss of Clayton, Illinois was arrested for improper lane usage and aggravated driving under the influence.
The accident is under investigation.
