MACOMB, ILL. -- Tri-State residents found the latest technology in agriculture in Macomb this weekend.
The Western Illinois Agriculture and Mechanical Farm Expo drew hundreds of people to check out the latest products in agriculture, equipment and landscaping. Sponsors credit the good weather for a good turn out this year
More than 500 vendors attended the expo this year with ideas to help farmers and industries get the most from their supply.
"We've got some new technology from John Deere and we've also got some from Agco with their new transmission that's fully automotive. Just products from seed companies that are making yield better," said Nathan Nielson with the Ag Mech Club.
There was also a toy and craft show for the kids. The McDonough District Hospital was also on hand to provide health screenings.
