Man accused of stealing more than $9,000

A 24 year old Canton Missouri man is in custody in the Lewis County jail for allegedly misusing his aunt's credit card and checking account.
LEWIS COUNTY, ILL. --
Ronald Herren  is accused of misusing almost 9 thousand dollars of his aunt's money.

The investigation into this incident started back in November of last year when the Lewis County Sheriff's office was asked by the Lewis County Public administrator to investigate this situation.

Roland Herren is charged with financial exploitation of an elderly person which is felony in Missouri.
