MT. STERLING, ILL. -- A Brown County attorney is "upping the ante" to bring a killer to justice.
Jesse Gilsdorf says his office now is offering a $2500 reward for new information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for Kathy Blentlinger's death.
She's the Mt. Sterling woman who died in a house fire in 2007.
Months later, her death was ruled a homicide.
There have been no arrests in the case.
