MACOMB, ILL. -- The Macomb Fire Department has confirmed the death of two- year-old Aryanna Inman.

Firefighters pulled Aryanna from the second floor of 1346 East Carroll Street.

The fire started in the bedroom where she was sleeping around 7:30 this morning.

There were three other people home at the time of the fire.

Macomb Fire Chief Andy Taylor said the bed was the major fuel source.

The fire was contained to the bedroom that Aryanna was pulled out of.

"Once we got her out and took her down the ladder, the paramedics found a weak pulse and she was not breathing at that time but they were able to help her breath," said Macomb Fire Chief Andy Taylor.

She was transported to Memorial Hospital in Springfield.

She died early this afternoon.

The cause of this fire is still under investigation.
