Sex offender arrested in Quincy

QUINCY, ILL. -- On Thursday, December 2 Jesse Cole Baldwin was arrested at 319 Maple in Quincy.

Missouri authorities contacted the Quincy Police Department in regard to a sex offender wanted subject tip.

Quincy Police officers responded to 319 Maple and located Jesse C. Baldwin inside.

He was arrested on a Ralls County, Mo. Failure to Appear Warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

He was transported to and lodged in the Adams County Jail.
