QUINCY, ILL. -- Money raised at this year's Caden's Carnival is now being used for research.

Rome and Tiffany Frericks presented Children's Hospital in St. Louis with a check for $14,000.

The Frericks lost a child to CDH...and have hosted Caden's Carnival to help raise research dollars and awareness.

CDH is the absence of the diaphragm, or a hole in the diaphragm.
