More discussion on bringing Amtrak to Hannibal

HANNIBAL, MO. -- Discussions on Amtrak coming to Hannibal will take place later this month.

Steve Ayers with the Hannibal Convention and Visitor's Bureau says the city is slowly waiting approval from state and MoDOT officials.

Ayers says the city will also be contacting communities down river to gain more support before it begins it next phase with the state.
