HANNIBAL, MO. -- Several ordinances passed unanimously at last night's Hannibal city council meeting.

If you live in Hannibal, you are not allowed to park your car on your front lawn.

Also, commercial vehicles can no longer be parked on residential streets.

If you want to have a dumpster at your residence, you will have to have a permit for it.

One issue was re-tabled.

There is no decision yet on if commercial vehicles and equipment can be stored at home.

There will be hearings about the issue to obtain public opinion.
