HANNIBAL, MO. -- A 19-year-old Hannibal man is facing drug charges Tuesday after police arrest him for being in possesion of heroin.

The Hannibal Police Department says a patrol officer made contact with two men sitting in a car in the 200 block of South Arch Street on Saturday afternoon.

Kazuhl Simms of Hannibal was arrested on the drug possession charge as well as a charge of tampering with evidence after he allegedly tried to destroy some marijuana during his arrest.
